I became a Caregiver due to taking care of my father at the age of 12 years old. I learned to start and regulate an IV drip and I administered insulin shots to my father. When my father health declined due to complications of Diabetes, my family and I had to place him in a skilled facility. My mother was concerned for my fathers safety and daily care, she asked me to apply for a job in the facility my father would be in. I did get a position at the facility and have been working in nursing every since!!! I like being a Care Provider because it is apart of my spirit and I am very people oriented. My personal achievement is to have been in the field of nursing for 16 years. The one thing that I can tell you about myself is I go above and beyond the expectations of what is asked of me and when I am providing care for someone, the client is my priority and has my undivided attention.

I'm very outgoing caring on time reliable great team worker I'm here to work and I take my job serious I been doing care giving for 9 plus years and I can say I love what I do.

Being a caregiver for 10 years, I have experienced a lot of different cases with patient care. I am great in what I do it's because of those experiences,` I put my heart and compassion in caring for our elders. I became a caregiver because I grow up with my grandmother, and i have a soft spot for elderly and truly care about them. My personal acknowledgement is I got the caregiver of the quarter at the agency I worked at.

I am a great care giver because I really care about helping others. I have experience caring for adults with developmental disabilities. I have a reliable and safe car. I am currently going to school for Nursing part-time. I am most proud of my the work I do, and the people that I help. I am CPR certified, working in improving my Spanish skills and have traveled to more than 10 countries on 4 continents. I have passed background check at other jobs and am will undergo this sites background check shortly.

1. Caregiving is not just a Job, but its takes a special, compassionate person to be a caregiver. I possesse all the qualitys. careing for those who need it is the biggest reward to me. 2. I love being a caregiver, knowing that I am giving back to those in need, making a someone else day in a more personal way is such a blessing to me. 3. my personal achievement would have to be the fact that, being in the healthcare world was something that I always wanted to do, and not only am I doing it I am making a different in my paitents lives as well. 4. I am 26 years old, I have been a certified nurse assistant for 7years now. I am more than capable of performing my duties, I have a lot of experience in and out of the health care facilitys. I have worked with all kinds of paitents. my gift is not limited.

I became a caregiver or CNA because I love working with people I admit at first it's hard because this is the first job I have ever had but later on I loved it. I love working as a caregiver because I could help others especially older ones. I would say I am proud of myself because this is my very first job experience but I last and l loved it and I make friends because of it and received good comments and thank you letter from the families of people that I took care of or the patient themselves.
