My name is Tammie i want to be the person who put a smile on your family members face knowing that he /she is being takeing care of very well I want to be that one that makes them feel the best that I can to feel good every day. That alone made me happy to go to work every day. I have been in the care giving business for over ten years. I am very dependable, a team player, self-motivated, loyal, a quick learner, honest, organized and I am very dedicated to what my patient and family needs and wants. I don't look at this as a job I take caring for my patients as a passion. I enjoy what I do and I am thankful every day for the opportunity to provide this kind of care to someone's loved one who struggles to care for them self. I look forward to building my trust with a special family so that they can kind of get a break and free time knowing there family member is in great hands. That is a daily motivated goal for me. i love providing home care giving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so.the smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel i have done my job right.i have always enjoyed helping people so i know i am doing the right thing. what i like best about care giving is meeting new people and providing care giving services that they can no longer do for themselves. I am a very loving passionate person that enjoys helping others. one of my personal achievement were to get a second chance to go to nursing school to get certified and i did and it was a journey but i accomplished my goal.

I became a caregiver because I liked the fact that the family or client would prefer to maintain their independence in their home. I will take care of you or your loved one with the care, respect and dignity they deserve as if your my own family.

I became a caregiver in 2007 when my grandmother became really sick with congestive heart failure, I also started caring for my uncle in 2011 who is paralized waist down and he had a decubitus on his back so I did wound care too.My grandfather had congestive heart failure and he needed a caregiver so I started working for him in 2012.In 2013 I started working for IHSS in Yolo County for this nice elderly man.What I like about being a caregiver is I get to help elderly people and keep them happy and comfortable. I like getting to meet new people.My personal achievement im very proud of is I completed my job with my clients.Im a very nice person to be around im very friendly, outgoing, and im a peoples person being a caregiver means so much to me this is the kind of work I enjoy doing I lost both of my grandparents so being around my elders means alot to me.

1. What makes you a great Caregiver? = I have 5 years experience in Customer Service who is highly energetic, outgoing and detail oriented. Handles multiple responsibilities simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service. I am patient, dependable & honest, and very compassionate. 2. Why did you become a caregiver? = I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone’s life. And I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person’s day better. And I also take pride in attention to detail. 3. What do you like about being a caregiver? = Possessing a nurturing nature, Caregiving comes naturally to me. I have worked in a Facility and a Retirement Community for 2 1/2 years. I am a compassionate individual who enjoys providing exceptional care to people of different ages. It gives me great satisfaction to help someone and the job actually enables me to bring a positive change in the lives of my clients. 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? = I would take my personal growth in the last four years as my biggest accomplishment in life. I have never expected that through service activities, I had developed empathy and the aspiration to help those in need. I realized that even through small acts of kindness, we could provide support and care to those in need and improve their lives. To me, success means making this world a better place for people, especially those less privileged.

My name is chanel tigue im 21 years old and i been taking care of ppl since i was 16. I decided to become a caregiver after my father got sick in i had to care for him. Ever since then i loved what i did in wanted to make a career out of it

I love helping others in need. I am very proud of going to college and finishing school. I also play football in Canada. I lay quarterback. Being a leader a big part in life. Me being a caregiver would be fun I have huge heart and would give anything to see others happy.

I have a lot of family and some need care so denpending on that care giver is important for someone who need help and i will have a good relationship with our client

I became a caregiver because I love helping others. My favorite part about being a caregiver is giving the elders someone to talk to. I once had a widower who was an elder neighbor which I visited frequently. I would help her with her yard work, grocery shopping, play games, and one time she was doing yard work when she tripped over her hoe and broke her nose and the antibiotic they gave her made her drowsy so she was afraid to sleep at her house by herself so I spent the night.
