What makes me a good caregiver is I am young, kind, caring, and I have a lot of patience. I enjoy helping others who are in need of help. A good caregiver is able to assist families the best that they can and take some of the stress off of their daily schedule. I became a caregiver because I am currently in the work field. I've work for Cerebral Palsy of Westchester for 3 years. It is a non-profit organization. My position held was a Habilitation Assistant. I have experience working with individuals with a wide variety of disabilities providing direct care with their hygiene needs and daily living. I am now a Care Manager for Care Design NY. I assist developmentally and intellectually delayed adults and their families with obtaining services of their interest. I also have experience with working with people privately needing in home assistance with daily living and companionship.

I am an excellent caregiver, I provide my clients with the best care possible. I am very reliable and trustworthy. I always put a smile on my clients face and make sure they are always happy. I enjoy being a caregiver, I believe that taking care of people is my life calling.

I worked as a Nurse in my country more than 20 years. I like this field and I like take care people specially Elder people. I work in a Nursing home more than 2 years. I work for Cerebral palsy as a PCA.

I like helping people who have disabilities have 15 years experience love the work. I feel that it is my gift that I use to help people and with my traits is being able to work with all different kinds of disabilities. my achievements are being able to have calm personality and to cope with different situation's.

I have compassion I care about people and they home I have been taking care of people and then home 29 years I would love to treat them like I wanted to be treated I am very good at what I do thank you

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I grew up with a younger brother who was disabled and I loved helping my mom and dad care for him. That's when I knew I wanted to help people. In 2007 I worked with a disabled woman, I got her off of the bus, fed her and bathed her. We would go out sometimes to the store or wherever she wanted to go. I like the fact that you really feel like you're making a difference in someone's life. In 2013 I started working for Bamsi, I go to group homes or a day hab and work with the disabled.

I knew I had the passion to care for others loved ones when it started with me taking care of one of my closest loved ones, my grandmother. It's a very hard job sometimes but the most rewarding. I have six years almost seven years experience working hands on with seniors. I'm trained in catheterization, CPR certified as well as 2+ years specifically working with seniors who suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia. I can assist with showering, medication management, cooking, cleaning, transportation, running errands and much more. I am looking to help you take care of those precious to you, make your life easier and having someone who can handle tasks as needed as well as take care of your mother, grandmother or grandfather with care and love. It takes most importantly someone who has that passion and love for it like I know I do. If I can make someone's life easier or even brighter than I've done part of my job. I am very patient, genuine and reliable as one should be in my line of work.

I'm a hard working woman. I love taking care of people. I'll take care of you're love ones as if my family. I'm very responsible and out going.

I've been in the medical field for a little over 10 yes my whole family is care takers if not teachers. Even before I started pca work I will help my aunts at their jobs assisting with clean ups and preparation. I can honestly say the understanding and commitments of what I have for my patients. My dad passed away when I was seven and he was a hospice in my home and he lived his beautiful last year with the people he loved and I watched him deteriorate but he was loved and he didn't show much pain. Now that I've been in the medical field for a little over 10 years I know what is to be expected. My whole family is care takers if not teachers . I genuinely believe that when you give the proper care and nourishment your patient will be happy at all times especially if their own family doesn't have the time and dedication to give them. I am also in nursing school will be graduating in 2016 that's why a traveling job with my own schedule would be a great fit for me.

I have 5 years experience working with elderly with disabilities I have experience in copd diabetics Alzheimer's know how to do transfers from wheelchairs hoiyer lift experience and knowledge of many other duties

As a care giver I always make sure my client is well taking care of . I make sure everything they need to make life easier and happier is done . I am a very caring and loving person who loves to help out in any ways possible . I have been caregiving for a year now I have had two constant clients all year long .
