I am asking for a specific weekend that I will be traveling and needing care. In addition to that I am looking for as needed on-going care from time to time with flexible days and times. The days and hours for this coming weekend of course can be divided between different caregivers. Diaper changes needed. Transferring from chair to bed or sofa. She does stand with help and can move herself with instruction. One medication needed at bedtime. Simple on hand food prep. Activities such as games, art and simple chair exercise if possible.
