Care is needed Flexible Friday - Sunday between the hours of Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Transferring & Mobility - has issue with her vision, use awalker outside of the home. All applicants will be considered.
