CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near San Francisco, CA. Care is needed for when daughter is having surgery and not able to care for member and caregiver should be able to start on asap. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Dressing, if member soils herself, Toileting, will need to help member change incontinence supplies and clean her up, Transferring and mobility (H-5'1 W-108lbs), uses walker for about 3 steps but needs someone to stand behind her and then help transfer her to the Rolator, and uses the rolator to transport her around the house, Companionship, meal prep like get her tea but butter her muffin.
