CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Bakersfield, CA. Care is needed Wednesday March 5 and caregiver should be able to start on March 5. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation to Dr Appointment. Member has procedure scheduled for March 5 and needs someone to pick her up, take her to the hospital, stay with her during her procedure, then bring her back home. Procedure is taking place at Adventist Health Specialty Bakersfield 3001 Sillect Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93308. All applicants will be considered.
