CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female flu vaxed caregiver, near Moorpark, CA . Care is needed Once a week would like to talk to the Caregiver and decide about day and time 8hrs weekly once every other week. This job is approximately 4hrs every other week or 8hrs weekly once every other week . You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver Toileting- Incontinence uses walker, companionship keep an eye on her Fall risk . All applicants will be considered.
