He is of sound mind but he needs help with - Bathing, Dressing, Grooming - Companionship - Light Housekeeping - Meal Preparation - Medication Management - Mobility Assistance - Transfer Assistance - Shopping and Errands - Eating Assistance - Toileting and Incontinence - Transportation He wants to live out his days at home in his ocean front cabin.This is a live in position.
