Care is needed TBD between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on if possible 9/19/24. This job is approximately - hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Transferring & Mobility - both use a walker and cane - fall risk, Grocery shopping - Pick Up, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc - Chemotherapy is locate 20 miles away from the client home. Emanuel Cancer Center 880 E Tuolumne Rd, Turlock, CA 95382 6hrs per treatment, shift when treatment is schedule will be 8hrs Distance 38 min (29.0 miles) All applicants will be considered.
