Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 04/02/2024. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by when the client take showers, Transferring & Mobility - casually use a walker, walks slow and sometimes don’t use her walker, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc, Medication Reminders, Companionship & Communication - go for walks.
