CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Male client needing anygender caregiver, near, West Hills, CA . Care is needed once weekly would like to talk to the CG and decide prefer before 4pm any day should be Flexible . This job is approximately 3hrs every week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing- needs to be wheeled in wheelchair to bathroom has a shower chair and help him with shower, help getting dressed, change his diaper, transfer him from bed to chair weighs 205 pounds height 5'10 has a gait belt, Meal prep ( hand over food to him or open a can of soup), Light Housekeeping - dust, vacuum, mop clean the bathroom, Might need help with Transportation to doc appts or pick up meds from pharmacy OR Companionship to doc appts (10miles from home).
