I am looking for a Personal Care Assistant to provide support in various areas of daily living, including personal care, household tasks, and recreational activities. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, patient, compassionate, and adaptable to changing situations while offering both physical and cognitive support. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting With Morning & Nighttime Routines - Providing Domestic Support - Supporting Medical Appointments (Transportation) - Notetaking - Organization - Facilitating Participation In Community Activities - Supporting With Recreational Endeavors Employment Type: Part-time 15-20 hours per week. Compensation ranges for typical work duties: $18.75-$23 per hour. Advancement Opportunities for increased wages come in two forms Physical and Cognitive. · Physical Advancement Opportunities include providing care for physical activities and/or extended trips like vacations, ski trips, sailing, backpacking, cycling, swimming. · Cognitive Advancement Opportunities may include scribing, documenting, disability advocacy, participating in team meetings, and administrative support
