Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 10/2/2024. This job is only 14 hours until TBD, 2hours each day. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Bathing - CG on stand by when client take showers, Companionship, Exercise - PT Exercise at home, Transferring & Mobility - unsteady on his feet, Transportation - Groceries Shopping, Walking & Exercise, Groceries & Shopping, Laundry, Managing Medications, Meal Preparation.
