CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Manchester, CT. Care is needed Wednesdays 12pm-2pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week - 8 hrs per month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – stand by assistance, Grooming – help with dressing/undressing as needed, Transfer/Mobility – help him to stand up from seated position in chair or on toilet as needed, also help with the stairs in and out of the house, Exercise – sit to stand, up/down stairs and in/out of the car, Light Housekeeping/Laundry.
