CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Groton, CT. Care is needed No Tuesdays: prefer Mondays and Thursdays: mornings and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 8 hours per week with 2 visits at 4 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional grooming ( assist with getting dressed), toileting ( assist with changing/cleaning up depends), mobility ( assist with getting up/walking alongside for support h/5'7" w/140lbs), transportation ( run errands, grocery shop, medical appts, all local), meal prep (simple meals), companionship (assist with scheduling appointments).
