This job is approximately 8 hours per month and appointments will be 2, 3, or 4 hours long. The Care Schedule is Flexible - this job is for a female client, and she prefers the Caregiver come around 11:30am in the morning, and she is flexible on the day of the week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Personal care, to include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments/groceries.
