CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Middleburg, FL. This job is approximately 8 hours per month and appointments will be 4 hours long. The Care Schedule is Flexible - the appointments will be scheduled 2 time(s) per month during the Morning. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Transportation to doc appointment , picking up medication & grocery shopping , meal prep, Personal care- Bathing ( walk in shower) need help get to the bathroom there is chair & grooming(clip toe nail , dressing), toileting, (Height - 6 ft, Weight - 120lb) , Transferring from the wheelchair to the bathing chair, Housekeeping - Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean bathroom, change bedsheet, laundry & dishes, companionship.
