CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Hampton, FL. Care is needed 1 visit per week morning or afternoon (mid afternoon preferred) we can be flexible and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week - 8 hours per month for Mr and I hours per month for Mrs. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – total, Grooming – dress/undress and help him shave, Toileting – incontinence, Transfer/Mobility – help him to stand from seated positions, Meal prep – low fat diet.
