In search of a responsible and empathetic caregiver to take care of Husband, located near St. Augustine, FL. I am in need of assistance 2 days per week from 10 til 3 or 4, for 10-12 hrs per week. Pay is thru VA program, 20$ hr, paid biweekly. W2 issued at year end so not a cash job. Background screen required and paid for by VA fiscal partner Eldersource.The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility. Being a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is a definite plus. A great opportunity to work privately in a loving home, while earning more! Must be ok with cats. It takes VA appx 2 wks to process hiring paperwork, so will start once that is done. The pay is through a VA program and is not "under the table" (tax taken out, W2 issued at year end) and set by the VA at $20 an hour. The VA conducts their own background check prior to us hiring, which they pay for. The hiring process takes about 2 weeks due to their paperwork process
