Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on the first week of June. This job is approximately 2-4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry - ironing, Transferring & Mobility - wife has spinal stenosis walker cant walk for long distance - fall risk.
