CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearCollins, GA. Care is needed flexible days/times tbd upon hire and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is 12 hours total with 6 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing ( stand by), occasional assistance grooming ( getting dressed), occassional assistance with toileting possibly (help getting cleaned up), mobility assistance ( assist with getting up from chair/walk alongside for support h/ 6"0" w/160 lbs), occasional transportation (assist possibly with medical appts 20 mins away, run errands), light housekeeping ( sweep/mop, clean bathroom, changing bed linens, run vacuum, laundry), medication reminders ( assist with setting up weekly pill box), companionship ( visit/sit with member).
