CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Headland, AL. Care is needed flexible on days prefer afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is 12 hours total with 6 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional bathing assistance (help getting in and out getting dried off h/ 6'1 w/230lbs ) occasional grooming (help getting dressed), toileting (help him get to the bathroom), transferring/mobility (help him get from the chair, walk alongside him for support), housekeeping ( clean bathroom, vacuuming, change bed linens, clean kitchen), companionship ( visit with him, loves football, enjoys TV) All applicants will be considered.
