CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Griffin, GA. Care is needed Monday or Wednesday afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: meal prep (member is diabetic simple meals), transportation ( medical appts, run errands, grocery shopping) bathing assistance (prepare water for sponge bath, occassional assistance with showering has shower bench h/6'2" w/ 210lbs), grooming (assistance with getting socks and shoes), toileting (assistance getting to the restroom), mobility (assist with getting up from chair walk alongside for support has walker), light houseekping ( change bed linens, laundry, sweeping/mopping, clean bathroom, dusting), companionship (visit assit with getting bills paid).
