Care is needed for Transportation to dr appt Wednesday 11/20 8:30am going to Jensen Eye Assoc at 1615 12th Ave Rd, Ste A, Napa, US 83686 for a 8:45am check in and the caregiver should be able to start on 11/20. This job is approximately 20 minutes and the cg will submit a time card for 2 hours. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation - appt as needed. All applicants will be considered.
