I am in need of care Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Monday evening, Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday evening, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Friday morning, Friday afternoon, Friday evening, Thursday evening, Thursday afternoon, Thursday morning, Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, Sunday evening, Saturday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Saturday morning. I would like the care to begin September 05, 2021 and estimate 15 hours per week. The caregiver is expected to help with walking & exercise, toileting, transferring & mobility, and bathing.
