CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Woodridge, IL. Care is needed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on 04/09. The member will be having eye surgery on 04/07 and needs someone to assist her right away the week she gets home. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: helping member getting up and down the stairs, Meal prep (no food allergies), medication reminders, transportation to grocery store, companionship. All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
