Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Overnight and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 56 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Companionship - Client is needing a CG when he sleeping, client gets up in the middle of the night (Client is currently in a rehab Brandel Care Center 2155 Pfingsten Road Northbrook IL 60062) · Transferring & Mobility - use a wheelchair and walker - fall risk · Walking & Exercise.
