CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearLebanon, IN. Care is needed twice a week flexible on days around 10 or 11am and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance (transfer from wheelchair to shower bench, walkin shower with grab bars h/5'3" w/150lbs) grooming (assist with getting dressed), toilet (assist with getting to the bathroom), Mobility (assist with transer from wheelchair), occasional meal prep ( simple meals), companionship ( visit with member, likes to crochet).
