CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Louisville, KY. Care is needed 1 two hr visit for 2 hours shift can start after 11am and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week a total of 6 hrs. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Companionship, Transportation - dr appts, rx, groc/shop, errands, Meal Prep - high protein and low carb diet, no food allergies, Organizing: Needs help taking down X-mas Decorations and putting them away.
