I am having surgery on January 13, 2025 and will be released on January 14th. I will need transportation from the surgery center in Carmel back to my home in Greenwood. I am unsure how mobile I will be and will need assistance for a few days. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include transferring & mobility, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. All applicants will be considered.
