CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Milan, IN. Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday Morning/Afternoon and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP This job is approximately 4 hours per week - 16 [per month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Toileting - verbal direction to the bathroom, Transfer/mobility - shadow him to ensure he does not fall, Companionship, Transportation - groc, rx, Meal prep - gluten, dairy sensitive, Light Housekeeping/laundry, Med reminders, Go for a walk outside weather permitting.
