We are looking for a caregiver near 533 Callie Avenue, Gallatin, TN 37066. Care is needed from Monday to Friday from 5 - 10pm and the 3rd Monday of each month from 8am - 4pm. This job is approximately 20 hours per week. The primary duties of this caregiver will include companionship, transportation, medication reminders, and walking & exercise. Applicants should have a min of 4 years experience with dementia patients and live near Gallatin, TN.
