CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Denham Springs, LA. Care is needed 6 hours: 2/5 at 5:45 am, 2/7 at 6:30am . This job is approximately 4 hours total with 2 visits. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: grooming (assist with getting dressed, combing hair/brushing teeth) , bathing assistance ( walk in shower with bench and grab bars, full assistance h/5'7" w/ 143lbs), toileting ( assist with getting to the bathroom/change depends), mobility (assist with getting up from chair walk alonside for support/ assist with getting down steps and into the car).
