CareLinx and United Healthcare are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Haverhill, MA. Care is needed 1 DAY A WEEK, NEGOTIABLE DAY M-F, EVENINGS AROUND 4PM-6PM PREFERRED and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to United Healthcare through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: BATHING (step in tub, shower chair, grab bar, hand held shower head, verbal prompts), GROOMING (assist with clothing and hair), TRANSFERRING & MOBILITY (H: 5'4, W: 175LBS, stand by ambulate with walker), MEAL PREP (no restrictions, prepare small meals), TOILETING (change briefs). Alzheimer's/Dementia experience All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
