CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Saint Cloud, MN. Care is needed approx. 8 hours once a week for a couple Tuesdays 11:30a to 3:30p and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing & Grooming (support with getting in/toiletries, assist as needed); Meal Prep (as needed); Light Housekeeping (sweep, dust, mop, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, tidy up as needed); Companionship & Communication (short walks, puzzles, games, crafts, talk and visit); Toileting (assistance w/ cleaning up) Housekeeping (tidy up as needed); Transportation (to Bingo and errands as needed) All applicants will be considered.
