CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female male UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, La Crescent, MN . Care is needed 2hrs once every week would like talk to the CG and decide . This job is approximately 2hrs once every week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation to doc appt/grocery shopping/pharmacy pickup, Meal Prep ( No Food allergies) . All applicants will be considered.
