CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, Lake City, MN . Care is needed 2hrs once every week would like talk to the CG and decide . This job is approximately 2hrs weekly once a week Short Term Job for 6 weeks. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing- has walk in shower , has grab bars and shower chair help with bathing , getting dressed, assistance to take her to toilet (5'3" 170 pounds )Light housekeeping- Kitchen, Dust, Vacuum, mop, help with Laundry, change sheets .
