Care is needed Monday - Friday between the hours of Morning and caregiver should be able to start on 5/1 & 5/8. This job is approximately 2hrs -4hrs per shift. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Husband - Companionship & Communication - has dementia client need a Companionship to play golf. All applicants will be considered.
