Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning and caregiver should be able to start on 5/1/2024. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Companionship & Communication - client lives on a farm, Transferring & Mobility - Alzheimer Disease, casually use a cane - unsteady on his feet.
