Care is needed once weekly would like to talk to the CG and decide. This job is approximately 4hrs biweekly. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing (bath tub and has grab bar around bathtub, hand held shower, member said she has strong legs can stand) just needs standing asistance to ensure member doesnt fall , Help getting dressed, Transportation to beauty shop to help wash her hair and grocery shopping, Light Housekeeping - change bed linen, Weep using duster, vacuum, mop, help with laundry.
