Care is needed 1 Day a week, 2 hours per shift, 8 hours total, needs someone to provide transportation on 5/17/2024 for a PT appointment about 15 mins from his address. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include transportation companionship and meal prep Wife: light HK, Laundry assistance. All applicants will be considered.
