Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Personal Care - Bathing, Grooming - washing client hair, Transferring & Mobility - use a cane when needed, unable to use walker at this time, left wrist is in a case - fall risk, bad vision and missing a second toe on her left foot, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc, Companionship & Communication.
