CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Gulfport, MS. Care is needed Tuesdays and Thursday mornings around 9:45am and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing (full assistance h/5'10" w/200lbs) grooming ( help with getting dressed) transportation (assistance getting to dyalisis currently about 30 minutes away, run errands), transfer/mobility ( assist with getting up walking alongside for support), meal prep (simple meals, prep veggies/fruit), light housekeeping (laundry, sweep/mop, run vacuum, dust, change bed linens, ect.), occasional toileting ( assistance with changing/cleaning up depends), companionship ( visit with members).
