CareLinx and Blue Cross Blue Shield are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Valle Crucis, NC, 28691. Care is needed flexible days/times and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing support (bed bath and shower with chair and grab bar, full service), Transferring/Mobility (lifting and moving from wheelchair to bed, toilet, chair, etc with sliding board and sit-to-stand aid equipment), Grooming (dressing/undressing), Transportation support (mainly needed, to dr appts and therapy), Companionship (while Wife is out). All Covid Vacc + ABLE TO LIFT applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
