Care is needed Flexible until 10/8/24 Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 5 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Companionship, Exercise, Groceries & Shopping, Laundry, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Transferring & Mobility - use a cane - had a broken leg and walker in the home - fall risk, Walking & Exercise.
