🙋 Job # 498735 & 498604 CareLinx and BCBS are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Greensboro, NC 27401. Care is needed client prefer Tuesday and Friday willing to be flexible any other week day between the hours of 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Meal Preparation - make meals husband is not allow to cook, Personal Care for Wife - Bathing, Grooming - wear life vest monitor, Toileting - wear depends, Transferring & Mobility - wife use a walker in the home and wheelcahir for long distance - fall risk.
