Care is needed Saturday or Sunday between the hours of Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 2 hours per week for three weeks every month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc - Running Errands to the groceries store Companionship & Communication.
