Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday between the hours of only afternoons after 1:00pm and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 2hrs twice a weekly. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Personal Care - Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Transferring & Mobility - Husband has Parkinson Disease, use a walker and wheelchair for long distance - fall risk, Medication Reminders, Companionship & Communication.
