CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near New York, NY. Care is needed 1 visit per week for 2 hrs family will set a firm schedule with the cg once hired and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 maybe 3 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing - stand by assistance and wash her back and wash her hair, Grooming - as needed help with shoes, or help with a coat or a dress zipper, Transfer/Mobility - as needed, Companionship, Exercise - Walk with her to the Supermarket, farmers market. Take trash out to the chute and take recyclables to the basement. All applicants will be considered.
